Worldwide from Auckland, New Zealand.

United States: Delivered Duty Paid

All shipments to the USA are sent Delivered Duty Paid. This means there are no surprises or additional charges for you. Our shipping company charges us the 15% export tariff from New Zealand to the USA, and we have included this amount in the USD price shown to US customers. There is no additional charge at delivery.

New Zealand

Prices include 15% GST. A GST tax invoice is provided with every order.

Other countries

Prices are shown in USD. Local import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lead times

Every kit is individually measured before it ships. Orders that include the 20 GHz Measurement Upgrade or LibreCAL characterisation need additional measurement time. If you need a date for a project, contact us before ordering.
