Add this to your order and every characterised standard in it is measured to 20 GHz, in addition to the standard measurement range supplied with the product. The hardware is the same; the data set is what changes. With a VNA that reaches 20 GHz, that data lets you perform accurate error correction well beyond the range the kit would normally be suitable for.
